Our Rates & Policy


 

Featuring all the charm of an Inn built in the 1840s, this property features 20 units, smoke-free, four of which are suites (two with kitchenette), and all have private baths, cable television (except room 6), wireless internet access, individual AC and phone service. Room 19 in the Loft has a jacuzzi bath. Suite 17 is ideal for your romantic getaway, with an in-room whirlpool that can accommodate two persons. Some rooms have a refrigerator and microwave, as well as DVD or Video player. Our guests are welcome to use a refrigerator and a microwave in our kitchen.Suite 12 , Room 19 , Suite 24 and Suite 25 are dog friendly!

Each room is decorated in a different style and features a choice of comfortable king , queen, double beds and bunk beds. The second floor's rooms in the Main Lodge have natural maple flooring, while the other rooms have carpeted floor. To have a complete description of the rooms' features click here  .

Rates are subject to change and are subject to the 9% NH Room & Meal tax. Our rooms are all different. Please visit our rooms for accurate rates. Rates are double occupancy. Children under 10 stay for free. Add $20 + tax per night ($30 during fall foliage season) for any additional person in the room who is over 10 years old. Substract $10 + tax/night for a single occupancy rate. Single occupancy rate is not available for Suites and family rooms and during Fall foliage season. We are closed from April 17 to April 25, 2010.



Our Policy
 
  • Rates are based on 2 or 4 people occupancy, depending of the rooms (even a small child counts as 1 person). Children under 10 are free with 2 adults staying in the room. Add $20 (+tax) for each additional person over the age of 10 in the room ($30 during fall foliage season, Sept 24 to Oct 16,2010). Deduct $10/night + tax for single occupancy rate. Single occupancy rate is not available during Fall foliage season.
  • You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room.
  • Rates include full country breakfast cooked to order.
  • All rates are subject to the 9% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax.
  • All rates are subjects to change and are based on availability.
  • Rates do not include gratuities.
  • Reservations are confirmed by email (unless you request it by mail) upon receipt of an advance deposit made with a valid credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express):
    • One full day rate is required for a one night reservation.
    • 50% deposit is required for two or more nights.
    • 50% deposit and an agreement letter is required for any group reservation.
  • Deposits are applied to the last day of your reservation, which means that early checkouts forfeit their deposits and are responsible for ALL nights booked.
  • Full payment is required at check-in. If you check-in after 8 pm, we will charge your credit card for the remaining balance the next day of your arrival.
  • There is a $25 surcharge per room on all cancellations to cover paperwork ($30 per room during fall foliage season).
  • All cancellations must be made by mail or email at Thelodge@north-conway.com
  • A fourteen day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund (30 day notice during fall foliage season). Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance (30 days during fall foliage season) will be refunded only if we are able to rent to others. If the room remains un-rented, we gladly issue a credit voucher in the value of your deposit (minus $25 or $30 during Fall foliage season), valid for 4 months.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 4 days before arrival (7 days during Fall foliage season), whatever the reason is,  ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. No credit voucher will be issued. Please check with your travel agent about different types of travel insurance if you have cancellations concerns.
  • Cots, cribs and diaper pail are available free of charge and must be requested at the moment of the reservation (limited availability).
  • If you are suffering from a food allergy (gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy...), or any other allergy please mention it upon reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate your special diet (we always have on hand gluten free items). If you forget to mention it, we might not be able to accommodate you. We are very strict and are doing our best to avoid any cross-contamination. However, if you become sick during your stay with us, we are not to be held responsible in any way. Gluten free breakfast is served FREE of additional charge only if you suffer from a Gluten allergy or from Celiac disease.
  • The lodge is entirely smoke free. We'll charge your credit card with a $250 cleaning fee if this is not respected. Even cigarette butts shouldn't be disposed of in any trashcans in the common rooms or bedrooms. Please smoke outside ONLY and dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays that are provided.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Eastern time). Early or late check in are available only upon request and after agreement with the innkeepers. Early check-in is not possible during Fall foliage season and Holidays. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you check-out after 11 am without prior agreement with the innkeepers, you will be charged an additional night. Late check-out is charged an additional $25 (when available).
  • Breakfast is served between 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Should you arrive after 9 am in the dining room, some coffee and cereals might still be available but no breakfast will be served and no refund is possible.
  • Housekeeping is included in our rate. However, should we need to shampoo the carpets after your stay with us because of new stains (including but not limited to wine, coffee and pet stains), we will charge you a minimum $50 extra cleaning fee. Decorations and party items such as confetti are strictly prohibited. Should you not comply with this policy, you agree to pay a minimum extra $60 cleaning fee.
  • We are a sustainable property. Please check our Environmental Policy .

 

PET POLICY - DOGS ONLY

Well behaved pets ONLY are welcome in a limited number of rooms:  Suite 12, room 19, suite 24 and suite 25. No pets are allowed in any other room in the Main or Loft buildings (even the smallest ones).

We do not accept more than 1 dog in the room, whatever the size of the dogs are* (if you have more than one dog or another animal such as cat, please read below about Karla's Pet Rendez-Vous where your dog is treated like a hotel guest)

Additional fee of $15 + tax/night applies.  

Dogs must be under owner’s control and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manner, etc.). If you know your dog barks when alone, please don’t leave it in the room. We need your cell phone number to be able to contact you at any time if your dog is left in the room. If the dog barks, we will contact you and ask you to come back promptly.

We won't do the housekeeping if the dog is left in the room, unless the dog is crated. If you don’t have a crate, we can provide you with one for an additional fee of $5/night, providing this crate is not already rented to others.

No dog food can be left at any time on the floor of the room. Only water (in bathroom floor or kitchenette floor). If dog food is found on the ground during housekeeping, it will be disposed of.

Please keep dog off the furniture (bed/sofa…). A laundering charge of $50 will automatically be deducted from your credit card if it is necessary for us to launder the duvets/blankets/pillows/sofas etc… If your pet is a high shedder please let us know – you can have the option of paying the laundering fee or bringing your own blankets.

Dog must be kept on leash at all time when outside. If you want your dog to run free, you are welcome to do it on the trails in the woods, at your own risks considering that there might be wild animals or other dogs who may wander in the woods as well.

No dog is allowed in the pool fenced area, at any time.

You must clean up after your dog with a plastic bag and throw it in our dumpster once tightly closed (do not leave any of these plastic bags on our property or in front of your door or in the room’s trash can). If you need a plastic bag for pick up and disposal, we will be more than happy to provide one.

Please make sure your dog is not stepping on our flower beds.

Make sure your friend’s paws are clean before entering the room. Please do not use the room towels, pool towels or any other fabric in your room to wipe their paws or fur. We will gladly provide you with old rags.

The dog is NOT ALLOWED in the bathtub of your room. The tub is for human beings only.

The rate for any necessary repairs due to pet damage is the cost of material, the cost of travel and $40 per hour labor and/or the charge of the professional services required, this includes but is not limited to special cleaning by the innkeeper/housekeeper or professional services. You will also be charged the applicable room rate for loss of sale for each day we are not able to sell the room until the repairs can be made.
