NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
The sweepstakes begins on July 12th 2010 at 5 pm EST and ends at 12 pm EST on August 31st 2010.
One entry per person. Additional entries won't increase odds of winning.
We won't give or sell our email list to anyone. Emails will be sent only for events, special deals and other offerings that we consider a benefit to our subscribers. We respect your privacy. You can opt-out at anytime. If you are not yet a subscriber of our e-mailing list, make sure our email address "TheLodge@North-Conway.com" is in your trusted list as you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. If you do not confirm by August 31st 2010, your entry will be voided.
To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.
The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about Tuesday August 31st, 2010 by Cranmore Mountain Lodge, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The winner will be announced and notified on our
FACEBOOK PAGE and on
TWITTER ONLY! Make sure you like us on Facebook or follow our tweets! If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
One grand prize winner will win ONE night stay at Cranmore Mountain Lodge for 2 persons as follow :
- one night stay valid in a standard room or a family room for two (Room 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23) with full country breakfast cooked-to-order (from our regular menu) for two included. If the winner needs a gluten free menu, there will be an additional $8 + tax per gluten free breakfast.
- Not valid for a stay in any one of our suites (Suite 12, 17, 24, 25)
- Prize is for up to 2 persons. Any other person in the room over the age of 10 will pay an additional $20/night + tax. Children under 10 will pay an additional $10/night + tax.
- Offer cannot be combined with any package or other offer or special deal
- This FREE 1 night-stay is redeemable only for a stay between September 1st and September 22nd, 2010, except during Labor Day Weekend (September 3 to 5, 2010)
- Taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these terms are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner
- No transfer or substitution for the prize will be allowed
