Check-In / Check-Out Policies

Check-In: After 4:00 PM (A digital registration link will be sent from our text message system # ending in 8235 upon booking and a self-check-in instructions will be provide with a completed digital registration. )

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policies

Full payment is due at the time of booking.


Notification of cancellation or changes in arrival/departure date must be received more than 14 days prior to the confirmed reservation dates. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to first date of reservation will be fully refunded minus a $35.00 processing fee per reserved room. Cancellations must be made by text, telephone or email.


Any cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, will be charged the full reservation regardless of reason. 

Terms and Conditions

Cranmore Mountain Lodge is a historical building from the 1800s with no elevator and not wheelchair accessible. Room 12, Suites 19, 24 & 25 are on the first level.


CML offers a no-smoking environment both inside and outside on the grounds A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated


Check-in time is after 4:00 PM EST.

Checkout time is before 11:00 AM EST.

2 nights minimum stay may apply.


All rates are per room (double occupancy, additional $20 for each extra person) and include breakfast, wi-fi access, discounts on local attractions and full use of the common areas of the property including outdoor hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, front porch, deck, and our beautiful backyard. A communal dining area and kitchenette are open for guests between 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.


All rates are subject to 8.5% New Hampshire room tax.


CML is best suited for Children 6 years and older and count as 1 occupancy.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, guests will remain responsible for full reservation charges. 

Because we are a small property and not a chain hotel, any cancellations greatly affect us greatly. In case of possible unforeseen last-minute cancellations, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third-party provider for your own financial protection.


Pet Policy - Dog Only

  • Well behaved pets ONLY are welcome in a limited number of rooms: Loft 19, Loft 24 and Loft 25. No pets are allowed in any other room in the Main or Loft buildings (even the smallest ones).
  • Up to 2 dogs are accepted in our dog friendly rooms.
  • Additional fee of $20 per dog per night applies. 
  • Dogs must be under owner’s control and should not disturb other guests (barking/howling, non-friendly manner, etc.).
  • Dogs must be clean and recently bathed.
  • Dogs cannot be left alone in the room. No exceptions.
  • No dog food can be left at any time on the floor of the room. Only water (in bathroom floor or kitchenette floor). If dog food is found on the ground during housekeeping, it will be disposed of.
  • Please keep dog off the furniture (bed/sofa…). A laundering charge of $50 will automatically be charged on your credit card if it is necessary for us to launder the duvets/blankets/pillows/sofas etc. If your pet is a high shedder please let us know – you can have the option of paying the laundering fee or bringing your own blankets.
  • Dog must be kept on leash at all time when outside. If you want your dog to run free, you are welcome to do it on the trails in the woods, at your own risks considering that there might be wild animals or other dogs who may wander in the woods as well.
  • No dog is allowed in the fenced pool area, at any time.
  • You must clean up after your dog with a plastic bag and throw it in our dumpster once tightly closed (do not leave any of these plastic bags on our property or in front of your door or in the room’s trash can). If you need a plastic bag for pick up and disposal, we will be more than happy to provide one.
  • Please make sure your dog is not stepping on our flower beds.
  • Make sure your friend’s paws are clean before entering the room. Please do not use the room towels, pool towels or any other fabric in your room to wipe their paws or fur. We will gladly provide you with old rags.
  • The dog is NOT ALLOWED in the bathtub of your room.
  • The rate for any necessary repairs due to pet damage/pet odor is the cost of material, the cost of travel and $40 per hour labor and/or the charge of the professional services required, this includes but is not limited to special cleaning by the innkeeper/housekeeper or professional services. You will also be charged the applicable room rate for loss of sale for each day we are not able to sell the room until the repairs can be made.
  • If our policy is not respected (dog is left alone in the room, for example) we will ask you to board your dog at a local kennel or leave the premises without refund.
