JFK JR ROOM - Main9 Queen and 2 Twins
In 1991 March 15-16, JFK Jr visited with his fraternity brother Richard Wiese and stayed in this room.
Here is what Judy Helfand, the innkeeper at that time, remembers:
"At the time, we did not have private baths, ceiling fans, phones in the room, room televisions, or AC, but he loved it. And remember he was very tall and room 9 has the slanted ceilings! We had 120 guests that weekend (in those days your rooms 19, 24 and 25 were the 40 bed bunkhouse), serving breakfasts and dinner. He visited with his fraternity brother, Richard Wiese. I was the only person that recognized him, that is why he liked the inn, he could relax. Here is a photo of Mr. Kennedy and me taken that weekend. By the way, he tried to come back the next winter, but we were sold out!"

The Entire Inn
Exclusive use of the entire beautiful main and loft building. Main building features 12 guest rooms and the loft building features 7 guest rooms/suites. Including indoor and outdoor common area, hot tub and swimming pool. Except for the owner's quarter. Perfect for weddings, company events and retreats.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notification of cancellation or changes in arrival/departure date must be received more than 14 days prior to the confirmed reservation dates. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to first date of reservation will be fully refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee per reserved room. Cancellations must be made by telephone or email.
- A full amount is due at the time of booking.
- Any changes to reservations made via third party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com) must be made through the third party's platform.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days upon arrival will result in forfeit of you payment.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, guests will remain responsible for full reservation charges.
- Because we are a small property and not a chain hotel, any cancellations greatly affect us greatly. In case of possible unforeseen last-minute cancellations, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third-party provider for your own financial protection.
